The Smiles™ ERM Application Support Program is designed to ensure that our clients  have not only high solution availability but also the benefits from our constant innovation and feature enhancement investments.

The best part of our support services program is that it comes to you at no extra cost. There is no AMC you need to pay to get our support.

Depending upon you need and convenience, choose from any of our multiple support options.

Live Support

Live support from our support experts is provided by our central Helpdesk on phone or live-chat.  Currently, live Helpdesk support is available between 0930 and 1730 IST (or 0400 to 1200 GMT) Monday thru Friday. If required, live support beyond these hours can be provided for an additional charges (we intend to move to a 24x7 live Helpdesk support capability soon).

Off-line Support Requests

Off-line support is available on a 24x7 basis through on-line support request forms and e-mail. We guarantee a response to your request within 8 hours in most cases and 24 hours at the most.

Self-Help Support

Extensive self-help support is available through our User Help Forum, Knowledge Library, and FAQs where you will find a wealth of useful information either provided by our experts or contributed by our fantastic user community.
